Jonathan Jones is a partner and contractor at On Demand Renovations, bringing a rare combination of business acumen and hands-on construction expertise to every project. Originally from Jamaica, Jonathan built a strong foundation through degrees in Finance, International Business, and Accounting, which he seamlessly integrates into the operational and financial management of complex renovation projects.

With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Jonathan has successfully completed countless full home remodels, with project scopes ranging from rebuilding the structural frame of a 120-year-old home to delivering sophisticated commercial builds, including a state-of-the-art veterinary clinic. Recognizing a gap in the industry for professionals who consistently go above and beyond, he obtained his General Contractor’s license three years ago to raise the standard of service and accountability for clients.

Jonathan is deeply committed to customer relationships, believing that clear communication, transparency, and trust are just as important as quality craftsmanship. He remains closely involved throughout every phase of a project—from initial consultation to final walkthrough—ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the process. Scott Marinelli is a Managing Partner at On Demand Renovations, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in real estate and construction throughout the Tampa Bay market. He has successfully closed more than $50 million in real estate transactions, guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through complex residential and commercial opportunities with a strong focus on long-term value.

Over the past 10+ years, Scott has led and overseen a wide range of projects, with a current emphasis on luxury residential renovations, custom additions, and high-end commercial construction. His portfolio includes sophisticated interior rebuilds, specialty-use commercial spaces, and projects requiring a heightened level of coordination, finish quality, and execution.

While Scott’s primary role at On Demand is focused on management, planning, and project development, he remains highly active on job sites. His hands-on involvement and keen eye for detail ensure each project meets local code requirements, industry best practices, and On Demand’s strict quality standards—an approach especially critical in luxury and commercial environments, where precision, accountability, and performance are non-negotiable.
